Fractional Chief Product Officer
Built a Laravel SaaS platform combining geospatial analytics, AI/ML data analysis, and a coworking marketplace — from first commit to serving REITs, building owners, and flex operators nationwide.
The Challenge
A CRE analytics startup needed to build a SaaS platform from zero. The vision was ambitious: combine the market research data used by Starbucks and Target with geospatial analytics from Silicon Valley and traditional CRE metrics — all to help the coworking industry make smarter location and investment decisions.
My Role
Hired as fractional CPO to own the entire product lifecycle. I was the product team — responsible for architecture decisions, engineering direction, user experience, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging. I built the Laravel SaaS platform, integrated Esri geospatial data, designed the marketplace UX, and established the feasibility study revenue stream.
What I Built
- Full-stack Laravel SaaS platform with 67 consumer persona profiles and block-level analytics
- Coworking marketplace with map-based search, listing management, and transaction facilitation
- Feasibility study product combining consumer market research, online trend data, and commercial real estate metrics
- Admin dashboard with client management, report generation, and data visualization
- GTM strategy, pricing tiers, and revenue model across three customer segments
The Result
Six years. That's how long this engagement lasted. The platform served REITs, building owners, and flex operators; facilitated real coworking transactions across US markets; and generated revenue through marketplace listings, consulting engagements, and feasibility studies.
